  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If there is a delay in processing your order due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you by email.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Delivery times may vary based on your location and local customs procedures:

  • Domestic Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 7-21 business days, depending on your country and customs clearance times.

 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions occasionally—details will be displayed on the website or communicated by email.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

  • Customers are required to pay the full order amount in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available) via email.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid to Solvig Outdoors.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs, we will help you track and resolve any delivery issues.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping provider and work on a resolution.


9. Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your delivery address when placing your order.

  • Solvig Outdoors is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
