Refund and Returns Policy

At Solvig Outdoors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and refund process, subject to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You received a different product than what you ordered.

  • You are not satisfied with the product, and it remains unused and in its original condition and packaging.


2. Time Frame for Returns

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • After 7 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

    • Your Order Number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  2. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.


4. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


5. Return Shipping

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Solvig Outdoors will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to any other reason (such as personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • We will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, we will issue your refund in one of the following ways:

    • Replacement product, if you prefer an exchange over a refund.


7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item and approve the refund.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Customized or personalized items


9. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order before it is shipped by emailing us at [email protected].

  • Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may, however, initiate a return after receiving it.
